Community Voices Leadership Training is a fifteen week leadership training course developed by Prairie View A&M University and the Kellogg Foundation. Project Unity’s professional staff facilitates the course which is designed to help community residents (especially living within low income neighborhoods) focus on identifying issues of common concern and methods of seeking possible solutions. Residents in prior courses have conducted community needs assessments and then advocated through public and private means to get solutions that work! The courses are conducted on a customized basis.
