Getting help can be stressful and frustrating, but Project Unity has designed a system that streamlines the process of finding help for those in need of local, state, and federal agency services. Instead of going to each separate agency for support and registering each time, candidates can input their information once in our Intake One System.
-
Service providers from each local agency coordinate their services
-
The service coordinator enters the candidate's information into a web-based coordinated case management system...only once.
-
The candidate's information will be shared between service providers from all agencies. Each service provider will help coordinate services across categories such as workforce, health, housing, transportation, and disability.

How is this cost effective?
The reporting capabilities built into the system allow an "unduplicated client count" to be documented across all programs serving the same client. An accurate "unduplicated count" can allow state and federal agencies to calculate the real costs and real benefits of service. The data generated by the assessment and subsequent case actions can assist agencies in determining local needs across health, education, housing, and workforce development. Agencies will no longer have to do individualized needs assessments. Local, state, and federal priorities can be determined in a cost effective manner.
